About

Lisa Kadniak is a Clinical Naturopath who supports clients to reclaim their mind-body balance and enhance their overall health and wellbeing.

True health cannot take root in a body that doesn’t feel safe.

Early in her career, Lisa noticed a gap between conventional wellness advice and how people actually live. Many programs ask for sudden, sweeping change from people who are already stretched far too thin to give it. Pushing rigid structure onto someone who’s already running on empty tends to lead to self-blame and resistance, rather than lasting change.

Lisa understands what it’s like to search for answers and feel like nothing quite fits. Her clinical training gives her the tools to support you well beyond a standard protocol — but your journey is yours, and it’s explored together, at your pace.

Lisa’s approach starts from the understanding that symptoms and habits usually make sense — they’re the body doing its best to cope. Naturopathic care is blended with compassionate, curious conversation to help you feel more at ease in your own body. Rather than an overwhelming list of changes, Lisa meets you where your capacity actually is.

Herbal and nutritional support can be a valuable part of physical wellbeing, and Lisa also draws on nervous system awareness, compassionate inquiry and somatic strategies to help build your capacity gradually, through small, sustainable steps. The aim is for your gut, immune system and nervous system to work together, rather than against each other.
